The main purpose of this book is to give you a glimpse behind the scenes of an orchestral player's life and training
Whilst a great deal of the contents may seem very obvious to those who have connections with te music proffesion, I trust that it may be of help to those who have little otherguidance available.
Much of the information is of particular interest to the wind player, and especially the bassoonist, but I have tried to cover many general aspects of orchestral life which are equally applicable to all players of all instruments.
