In the 19. century, publishers highly welcomed the flood of operas arranged for music played at home. At the same time, they brought music of popular works into the houses of the musically active people and from there it spread further. Zimmermann music publishers now present two new editions out of the numerous arrangements done by Mr. J.G. Busch (No. 1: Figaros Hochzeit, cf. ZM 30690).
