Enjoy Playing the Guitar, Book 1

Guitar solo: First steps in playing the classical guitar, amateur.

This tutor is intended to provide suitable material for children beginning the classical (or Spanish) guitar either in groups or as individuals. It is not intended as a self tutor and should be used in conjuction with a teacher. Tests, space for own compositions, and a practice register are included in the teaching material, which takes the pupil slowly over the first problems of note reading and technique. Duets and ensemble pieces as well as many solos are provided to help develop a sense of timing, and for the enjoyment of playing with other guitarists.
